Walking from beach to beach - that sounds pretty attracting, right? For me it is! But I do it barefoot in the sand along the seawater. To watch the sand, the stones and the waves of the water, and to feel them with my feet - that's real holiday for me, not to walk on the hard asphalt roads. In addition, the soft sand is perfect to train the muscels, the stones are perfect for massaging and stimulating the blood circulation - they can help against cold feet. A few times in a year we invite you to such a natural training and massage, by walking from beach to beach. We eat on this events only raw food - a very healing diet.

One of these opportunities for natural training and massage was this Walkabout at the Mediterranean coast from Nerja to Málaga. First, we followed the long distance walking path GR-249 over small mountains, as the coast after Nerja has no beaches but a national road with car traffic.

But after 10km, from the next town Torrox Costa, the beaches began. My 4 companions followed me sometimes barefoot through the sand, other times they walked the beach promenades - except my girlfriend, she's a great wanderer and went always with me over the beaches. On the way we visited a friend who has Lucumas and some other interesting tropical fruits in her garden. The weather was mostly sunny, only on the last day there were a few clouds.

The next opportunity to walk over many beaches through the sand will be in April 2019 around eastern in the National park "Cabo de Gata"!
