Invitation: Mega Walkabout
July -August 2026
From North Germany to Paris, 740 km hiking, passing Netherlands, Belgium (Brussels), outdoor, with minimalistic baggage...
31 May - 4 June 2026 ★ Murielle and I would love to go on a long hike: from northern Germany to Paris, from my mum’s place (Warsingsfehn, East Frisia) to her mum’s (Persan, north of Paris). You’re welcome to join us, whether for a few hours or a few weeks. This time, we won’t be eating only raw food. I’ll be doing it the same way as with the Healing Rainbows: no drugs and a healthy diet with a high proportion of raw food. And if you ask me, I can show you some edible wild plants. We’ll probably set off from East Frisia between 15 and 20 July. We’ll walk an average of about 20 km a day (we can take it a bit easier on some days if needed). The chosen route (see below) is 740 km long. That works out at 37 days of walking. But we don’t know that for sure yet – we want to be flexible. I’ve been posting daily updates on Instagram – ever since the day before yesterday! My Instagram

My motivation
With our walkabouts we connect with nature. We are as close to nature as possible. We live in nature with as few resources as possible. That's why we sleep outside and only protect ourselves from the rain with a tarp (if necessary). We eat healthy and simple, we find it partly in nature. I mostly go barefoot, which I also feel is a connection with nature. Everyone walks their own spiritual path. The only condition for participation is peaceful coexistence, the desire to connect with nature.
Physical requirement
Whether you’d like to go hiking for just a few hours or for a day, we can adapt to your pace. We usually hike between 10 and 30 km a day.
Things to bring
As little as possible! What we need is proper protection from sun and rain, a sleeping bag (temperature rating minimum 8 Degree Celsius at night), an isolation mat, a sun hat, some fitness, love and peace. We often pass shops where we can buy food and water. Please bring only things that are light and absolutely necessary.
Rain protection
I recommend to bring neither a tent nor a raincoat but a poncho-tarp! It has only 300 g and protects you day and night from rain. If a lot of rain is forecast, we will postpone or cancel the hike.
