Our icecream

We have an abundance of ripe banans in the garden. And the temperatures are high. So... we love our icecream. Sometimes a friend visit us. Last time when she was here, we mixed quite a lot of our bananas and put them in plastic boxes...

Just one day before, I found in the rubbish a cooler made of styrofoam. We put the plastic boxes with mixed bananas in the cooler and the cooler in her car. She drove home. There she has a freezer. 

Today she came back and brought the icecream. We enjoyed it! On the photo you can see a yellow icecream, we added to the bananas lemon zest and lemon juice. The brown ice cream contains some carob powder. And the green icecream has several herbs, like mint, chenopod, malva, portulac and many more. This one is completely from our garden.
